Healthy Seed Hands-On Parent Empowerment-20 (HOPE-20)® Program
The Healthy Seed HOPE-20® Program is a parent education program comprised of 20 two-hour group sessions designed for parents with children aged 2-3. The sessions cover strategies to enhance parent-child relationship; to facilitate children’s learning and language development; as well as to encourage positive behaviors while handling inappropriate behaviors. It is one of the first locally-developed evidence-based parent education programs based on the research conducted by Prof. Cynthia LEUNG Man, Professor of the Department of Applied Social Sciences of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Dr. Sandra TSANG Kit-man, JP, Associate Professor of the Department of Social Work and Social Administration of The University of Hong Kong.
Music Children Foundation ("MCF")
Our Foundation shares the same belief as José Antonio Abreu, the founder of a successful music program named “El Sistema” in Venezuela. The program hinges on the belief that music is an agent of social development, in the highest sense, because it transmits the highest values – solidarity, harmony, mutual compassion – and it has the ability to unite an entire community and to express sublime feelings. As a Founding Sponsor and Honorary Patron of the Music Children Foundation (“MCF”), we have been providing continuous support for MCF in offering free early music education to children aged 1 to 12. We have also been proactively assisting in transforming children’s lives by developing their cognitive abilities and strengthening their sense of belonging to our community through ensemble-based musical literacy.
